No,they aren't... there isn't the NPC that give them,so they aren't giving Mini Beatles. I think...

They only gave them out for cantha new year so unlikely and I really hope they dont as it might stop the price falling of eveything in the game

If they did, they would be increased to only around 100 in the game. so PROBABLY, GL to you. I'm mad cause I scored 478k and didn't get one cause they didnt' give them out

Beetles are were given away during the last two Canthan New Year festivals. Try again next February.
